As we make changes to impact this issue, we will post both here and in any open tickets for your awareness. Please avoid repeatedly generating “Reset Codes” as it may exacerbate the situation, making the resolution more challenging. If you encounter any code generation errors (*External Service Problem. Please contact the device manufacturer and provide the following: PAYG ID: xxx; serial number: xxx *), please report them immediately to Omnivoltaic with essential device details such as itemID and reported history.

Angaza has been unable to retrieve keycodes from the Omnivoltaic API which means that payments cannot be completed for these devices. We have alerted Omnivoltaic and are standing by.
