Please avoid repeatedly generating “Reset Codes” as it may exacerbate the situation, making the resolution more challenging. If you encounter any code generation errors (*External Service Problem. Please contact the device manufacturer and provide the following: PAYG ID: xxx; serial number: xxx *), please report them immediately to Omnivoltaic with essential device details such as itemID and reported history.
